Chavy-Chouet’s Meursault Les Casse-Têtes 2021 is a Burgundian expression of white wine, vinified from Chardonnay grapes from the renowned cru “Les Casse-Têtes”. The chalky soils on which the vines rest give the wine a distinctive mineral note. Vinification involves fermentation in barriques, followed by a period of maturation on the lees for approximately 12 months. In the glass, it sports a bright straw yellow hue. On the nose, fragrances of citrus, white-fleshed fruit and floral hints are released, enriched by a delicate minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, characterized by a solid structure and a prolonged and savory aftertaste.
