Costa d’Amalfi Rosé 2023 – Marisa Cuomo The result of a perfect balance (50% Piedirosso, 50% Aglianico), this rosé was born on the terraces between Cetara and Raito. After soft pressing and fermentation in steel, it has a bright cherry pink appearance. The aromatic profile is fragrant and complex: violet, rose, raspberry and plum intertwine with Mediterranean notes. The sip is fresh and vertical, supported by a good acidic shoulder and a final flavor that cleanses the palate.
