Cantine del Notaio, Aglianico del Vulture Il Rogito 2022, Bottle 750 ml

The Rogito 2022 is an Aglianico rosé produced by Cantine del Notaio in Rionero in Vulture, Basilicata. Obtained from pure Aglianico grapes grown on volcanic soils, the harvest takes place in the first ten days of October. Vinification involves a short maceration of about 1-2 days and fermentation in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels or tonneaux of different passages, placed in natural caves of volcanic tuff. The wine has an intense cherry pink color; The nose offers aromas of red fruits such as cherry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and pomegranate, accompanied by floral notes of rose, violet, cyclamen and vanilla. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh and savory, with a soft entry and a remarkable persistence accompanied by continuous fruity and floral references.
