The Meursault La Rencontre 2021 by Bernard-Bonin is a white wine from the famous Meursault area in Burgundy. Made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes grown according to the principles of biodynamics, it enhances the harmony between the vine and its natural habitat. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, followed by aging on the lees for about 15 months, without decanting or filtration, so as to keep intact the purity and typicality of the territory. On the nose there are intense aromas of white fruit, floral hints and a delicate mineral note. In the mouth it is refined, structured, fresh and with a persistent finish.
