Anne Gros, Chambolle-Musigny La Combe d’Orveau 2021, Bottle 750 ml
The Chambolle-Musigny La Combe d’Orveau 2021 by Anne Gros is a refined red from the Côte de Nuits, in the heart of Burgundy, France. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, it comes from a vineyard located on the border between Chambolle-Musigny and Vosne-Romanée, in the area called “La Combe d’Orveau”. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation in French oak barriques, of which about 30% are new, for a period that varies according to the vintage. In the glass it stands out for its lively ruby color; The bouquet releases elegant hints of small red fruits such as currants and raspberries, enriched with floral notes of rose and violet. In the mouth it is balanced and velvety, with fine tannins and a freshness given by a well-balanced acidity that gives length to the sip. A label that enhances the class and delicacy typical of the Chambolle-Musigny terroir.
