Château Canon 2022 represents one of the most refined and contemporary expressions of Saint-Émilion, the result of a historic Premier Grand Cru Classé property capable of combining precision, elegance and deep territorial identity. Located on the most prestigious limestone plateau in the appellation, Château Canon interprets the character of the Right Bank with a harmonious and bright style, where finesse and intensity coexist with natural balance.

The 2022 vintage, warm and particularly sunny, was managed with great care thanks to the ability of the calcareous soils to preserve freshness and tension even in the driest months. The blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc comes from vineyards cultivated according to a philosophy that respects the natural balance, with aging in French oak barrels that accompanies the wine without overpowering its expressive purity.

Deep aromas of black cherry, blackberry and fresh plum emerge on the nose, followed by elegant floral references, fine spices, graphite and light balsamic notes. The sip is silky, precise and layered, supported by very fine tannins and a vibrant freshness that accompanies the long, mineral finish. A great Saint-Émilion designed to evolve over time, perfect with important meats, game, aged cheeses.
