A legendary name in Italian oenology, Valentini is synonymous with mystery, tradition and absolute perfection. Located in Loreto Aprutino, in Abruzzo, this historic farm, active since the seventeenth century, has been able to transform Trebbiano and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo into timeless masterpieces. The production philosophy, rigorously carried out by Edoardo Valentini until his death and now guarded by his son Francesco Paolo, is based on absolute respect for nature and the rhythms of the vineyard. The vinification takes place with secret and unconventional practices, in old oak barrels, without technological interventions, in order to preserve the authenticity of the terroir as much as possible. This is how wines of rare longevity, depth and complexity are born, produced in very limited quantities and intended for those who know how to wait and understand the magic of time.
