Artas is a Primitivo del Salento of great intensity and generosity, an authentic expression of the Salento territory. The nose reveals a complex bouquet dominated by hints of ripe red and black fruit—cherries, plums and blackberries—enriched with balsamic nuances and the aroma of roasted coffee. In the mouth it is full, warm and enveloping, with sweet and elegant tannins that give softness and structure. The finish is pleasantly fruity and with good persistence. obtained by Castello Monaci with hand-selected grapes fermented in stainless steel, it is an icon of the winery.
