Castello di Neive Barbaresco 2022 is a Piedmontese red wine made with Nebbiolo grapes, typical of the Langhe area. Medium garnet in hue, it has refined aromas of red fruits and cassis, enriched with delicate hints of licorice, smoke and caramel. In the mouth it stands out for elegant and silky tannins, never astringent, which give structure and longevity, making it suitable for aging for several years. The 2022 vintage expresses good acidity combined with aromatic complexity, typical of the Neive terroir and the producer’s skilful winemaking. A wine of good body, balance and finesse, ideal to accompany important dishes such as roasts, game, aged cheeses and truffle dishes.
