Peter Dipoli’s Sauvignon Voglar 2021 is a high-quality still white wine from the renowned region of South Tyrol. Characterized by a bright straw yellow hue, it has complex aromas of tropical fruit, candied citrus fruits, aromatic herbs such as sage and delicate floral scents on the nose. In the mouth it stands out for a good medium structure, good acidity and a harmonious balance between acidity and softness, with a finish of good persistence recalling flavors of green apple and lemon. The 2021 vintage, grown in vineyards located on soils rich in sand and limestone, benefits from significant temperature ranges that preserve natural acidity and aromatic intensity. Vinification takes place in large acacia barrels with fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging on the fine lees until May to increase complexity and softness. A wine of great elegance that reflects the unique terroir of Voglar and the meticulous care of the producer.
