The Grange des Pères Blanc 2021 from the Domaine de la Grange des Pères is a white wine of excellence obtained in Aniane, Languedoc, France. Composed of Roussanne, Marsanne, Chardonnay and Gros Manseng, the grapes come from vineyards cultivated according to non-certified biodynamic practices. Vinification takes place separately for each grape variety, with spontaneous fermentation and long maceration, followed by aging in barriques for 24 months. The wine has aromas of peach, candied citrus fruits, smoky hints and nuances of flint. in the mouth it is rich, balanced and lively, with a saline and spicy finish. A rare and refined white, which reflects the commitment and mastery of the late Laurent Vaillé.

Located in the heart of Languedoc, Domaine de La Grange des Pères is a modern legend of French viticulture, an estate that has redefined the quality standards of the region. The vineyards, located around Aniane, benefit from poor and draining soils, consisting of limestone and clay, as well as a Mediterranean microclimate tempered by the influence of the nearby mountains. The production philosophy is based on careful and low-intervention viticulture, with minimum yields to maximize concentration and elegance. The red wines, based on an unusual blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon and Counoise, challenge traditional appellations, offering depth, structure and an incredible ability to age.
