Cabernet Sauvignon Capitel del Monte 2004 – Tenuta Sant’Antonio Rosso IGT della Valpolicella from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the hills with sustainable methods. After manual harvesting and classic fermentation, it ages in oak. Intense ruby red with garnet hues, it offers notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, rose hips, violet, cocoa and licorice. On the palate it is warm and soft, with full body, velvety tannins and long persistence.
