Le Petit 2017 – Biodynamic Manincor Rosso from South Tyrol, blend of Merlot and Lagrein. Spontaneous fermentation in wooden vats and maceration for 10 days, followed by 12 months in barriques. Bright ruby, it smells of berries, cherry and fine spices. Juicy and fresh on the palate, with velvety tannins. Versatile at the table, from pasta to white meats.
