Etna Bianco “Sul Vulcano” 2020 – Donnafugata Mountain carricante (730 m) from the north side. Aged partly in oak, it is straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is complex: flint, tangerine, honey and hay. In the mouth it is enveloping and savory, with a marked minerality that tells the power of the volcano.
