“Marea” 2023 – Bisson A white wine that encapsulates the soul of the Cinque Terre. Bosco (60%), Vermentino and Albarola macerate briefly on the skins to extract character and flavor. The scents are a hymn to the sea: brackish, Mediterranean scrub, heather and broom. On the palate it surprises with its strong structure and sharp, almost marine flavor, which makes it ideal to accompany the truest Ligurian cuisine.
