Pinot Grigio Dessimis 2023 – Vie di Romans The Dessimis is a masterful interpretation of “coppery” Pinot Grigio. Thanks to the skin maceration of the grapes from gravelly-clayey soils, the wine acquires a unique color and an important structure. After nine months on the lees, it releases aromas of pomegranate, berries and fine spices. In the mouth it is velvety and full, balanced by a vibrant freshness that accompanies the mineral finish.
