The Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères 2023 by Chavy-Chouet is an elegant white wine from Burgundy, produced exclusively from Chardonnay grown on limestone-rich soils. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, followed by aging for about twelve months on the lees. It has a bright straw yellow hue. Hints of citrus, green apple, white flowers and delicate mineral nuances emerge from the bouquet. In the mouth it is lively and sophisticated, supported by a pleasant acidity and a savory and long-lasting finish.
