Taurasi 2017 – Azienda Agricola Fiorentino From the “Calore” vineyard in Paternopoli comes this pure Aglianico, the result of a late harvest and a long maceration. Aging involves 12 months in large barrels, followed by steel and glass. It shows an intense ruby and a layered nose: dark fruit, violet and refreshing balsamic notes. The sip is textural, rich in thickness, driven by a savory vein that gives progression towards a persistent finish.
