The Château Angélus 2021 stands out for its high percentage of Cabernet Franc (60%), which gives the wine tension and verticality. Deep in color, it offers a floral and spicy nose, typical of the grape variety. In the mouth it is precise, fresh and of exceptional length. The differentiated maturation (barrique for the Merlot, large vats for the Cabernet) preserves the aromatic richness and purity of the fruit.
