Poderi Aldo Conterno’s Barolo Bussia Vigna Colonnello 2020 is a robust and structured wine, with hints of nutty fruit, smoked wood and spices. It has aromas of leather, vanilla bean and sweet scent of rose petals, plum and citrus peel. The taste is fresh and tight, with a good persistence. The hue is red with transparent edges. This wine, made with Nebbiolo grapes of the Michet and Lampia varieties, is the result of a manual harvest and a 28-month aging in large Slavonian oak barrels.
