Bartolo Mascarello, Barolo 2014, Bottle 750 ml

Bartolo Mascarello’s 2014 Barolo is made using traditional methods, with Nebbiolo grapes from four historic vineyards: Cannubi, San Lorenzo, Rué and Rocche di La Morra. After fermentation in cement tanks with extensive maceration, the wine ages for 30 months in oak barrels. Aromas of red fruit, dried violets, spices and mineral hints emerge on the nose. In the mouth it is refined, with soft tannins, balanced acidity and a long persistence, ideal for pairing with meat dishes and aged cheeses.
