The blend of Chardonnay (65%) and Pinot Noir (35%) ferments partially in wood and ages on the lees for 6 years. The bright gold of the glass anticipates evolved aromas of acacia honey, chamomile and small pastries. In the mouth it is a wine of structure and class, elegant and very long.
