Obtained from a harmonious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it has a bright golden color and a fine and long-lasting perlage. The nose expresses a rich and refined bouquet with hints of ripe yellow fruit, quince, candied citrus fruits, toasted hazelnut, brioche and delicate floral and mineral nuances. On the palate it is full and velvety, with a lively freshness supported by a well-balanced acidity and a structure that gives depth and softness. The finish is long and persistent, with hints of sweet spices, dried fruit and a pleasant mineral note.
