Bellifolli Bianco 2022 – Valle dell’Acate Valle dell’Acate signs the Bellifolli Bianco 2022, a Sicilian IGT made from Insolia grapes. Straw yellow in colour, it releases strong and lasting fruity notes on the nose, evoking apple and tropical fruits. The taste is full-bodied and well supported by acidity, harmonious and with a fruity aromatic return. It goes perfectly with young cheeses, appetizers, vegetarian risottos and sashimi.
