La Grande Année Brut 2015 – Bollinger A true embodiment of the Maison’s artisanal style, this vintage is made exclusively from Grand and Premier Cru grapes. The vinification entirely in wood and the aging on the lees for over 5 years give the glass a bright golden color and a unique depth. The nose is a triumph of ripe fruit, candied citrus and toasted almond, on a bread-making base. The sip is rich, creamy and with great structure, balanced by a clear minerality that accompanies a spicy and persistent finish.
