Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru – Bruno Paillard A purebred Champagne, born exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Crus of the Côte des Blancs. The cuvée, dosed Extra Brut (5 g/l), combines the purity of the first pressing with the complexity of reserve wines. To the eye it offers pale gold tones and greenish shades. The nose is an interweaving of citrus fruits, white flowers, toasted almond and bread crust. The sip confirms the class: lively, creamy and of extraordinary harmony, with a decidedly mineral finish.
