Vintage Collection Satèn Brut 2018 – Ca’ del Bosco Softness made wine. Organic Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc create a Satèn with a silky perlage. The nose is a weave of Golden apple, wildflowers, honey and thyme. In the mouth, the creaminess is balanced by notes of candied citrus and toasted almond, the result of 48 months of aging.
