Straw yellow in hue with fine perlage and good persistence, it opens to the nose with delicate aromas of peach, citrus, honey and light hints of almond and yeast. In the mouth it is creamy, soft and velvety, with a refined balance between good acidity and flavor, accompanied by hints of white fruit, vanilla and a pleasant note of white chocolate.
