Ca’ del Bosco Selva della Tesa 2020 is a refined pure Chardonnay from the morainic hills of Franciacorta. With a bright golden yellow hue, it stands out for a complex and enveloping bouquet with hints of peach, exotic white fruit, ripe pineapple, banana and light hints of vanilla deriving from aging in barriques. in the mouth it is soft, structured and well balanced, with a pleasant good acidity and an aromatic persistence that enhances its elegance. Fermentation and aging for 9 months on the lees in small oak barrels give complexity and harmony to this wine, ideal with rich fish dishes, white meats and aged cheeses.
