Pinot Blanc Riserva Vorberg 2022 – Cantina di Terlano Structure and complexity define this South Tyrolean white, 100% Pinot Blanc. The vines grow on steep slopes (slope 5-70%) facing south-southwest, between 450 and 650 meters above sea level. After manual harvesting, the must ferments slowly in large oak barrels, where it also undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages on fine yeasts for a year. It is a deep straw yellow; The bouquet is rich, with hints of quince, white peach, pear, chamomile and aromatic herbs, on a mineral background. On the palate it is full and enveloping: its creaminess is balanced by lively acidity and flavor, giving a very persistent finish. An authentic expression of the Terlano terroir.
