Per’è Palummo “The Vineyard of a Thousand Years” 2019 – Casa d’Ambra A pure Piedirosso that tells the volcanic history of Ischia. Fermented in steel and expertly aged in wood, it is dressed in a bright ruby red. The olfactory profile is an elegant interweaving of small red fruits, floral notes and that spiciness typical of the varietal. On the palate it reveals freshness and flavor, with fine-grained tannins that accompany a finish of great balance.
