Case Basse Soldera’s Sangiovese 2019 is one of the most recent expressions of this iconic Montalcino winery. Cultivated with methods that respect biodiversity, the wine comes from a rigorous selection of grapes. Vinification takes place in wooden vats with spontaneous fermentation and a long aging in large barrels. Aromas of black cherry, rose hips, balsamic hints and hints of undergrowth emerge on the nose. In the mouth it is juicy, precise and layered, with fine tannins and a good acidity that promises a great evolution over time. The 2019 vintage impresses with purity and depth.
