Montecucco Riserva 2017 – ColleMassari ColleMassari’s 2017 Riserva is a pure expression of Sangiovese, aged for 18 months in 40 hl oak barrels and then aged for a year in the bottle. It shows itself with a deep and deep ruby red robe. The nose is a harmonious interweaving of morello cherry and violet, enriched with sweet spices and mineral touches. On the palate it shows character and persistence: the well-balanced acidity and vigorous tannins accompany the sip towards a pleasantly savory finish.
