This Sauternes is the triumph of mastery in the vineyard over a complex vintage. Golden and bright in the glass, it offers aromas of dehydrated apricot, acacia honey and vanilla from the new barriques. The sip is dense and deep, concentrated on candied fruit but supported by that vibrant acidity typical of Yquem that guarantees its freshness. The very long finish, on caramel tones, confirms its crystalline class.
