The Château Suduiraut 2018 is a Sauternes of great elegance and complexity, characterized by a light gold hue with lemon yellow reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of wild honey, exotic fruits such as pineapple and guava, and hints of candied fruit, yellow peach and vanilla. In the mouth it is rich and enveloping, with a perfect balance between sweetness and good acidity, accompanied by spicy hints and a long persistence. The 2018 vintage best expresses the producer’s philosophy, with an aging of 18-24 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new, which give structure and complexity to the wine.

Classified Premier Grand Cru Classé in 1855, Suduiraut owes its fame to the extraordinary quality of its wines, the result of an exceptional terroir. The vineyards extend over gravelly and sandy soils, with a clayey subsoil that gives structure and depth to the wines. The philosophy of the estate is based on absolute excellence: each harvest is the result of a careful manual selection, in several steps, to harvest only the perfectly botrytized berries.
