Chavy-Chouet’s Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères 2021 is a fine Burgundian white wine, made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the renowned cru “Les Enseignères”. The vineyards thrive on limestone soils, giving the wine a distinctive elegance. Vinification involves fermentation in oak barrels, followed by a period of maturation on the lees of about a year. In the glass, it sports a bright straw yellow hue. On the nose, it releases fragrances of white flowers, citrus and delicate buttery undertones. On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, characterized by a harmonious structure and a persistent, mineral aftertaste.
