Coche-Dury’s Bourgogne Aligoté 2016 ennobles this often underestimated grape variety. Thanks to calcareous soils and careful vinification in barrels with spontaneous fermentation, the wine acquires a unique personality. Bright yellow, it smells of lemon, grapefruit and minerals. The sip is taut, vibrant and savory, with a finish of surprising elegance that testifies to the hand of the master Coche-Dury.
