Cusumano, Etna Rosato Alta Mora 2023, Bottle 750 ml

Etna Bianco “Alta Mora” 2021 – Pure Cusumano Carricante from the north side of the volcano (600-750 m a.s.l.). After a soft pressing and 4 months on the fine lees, it offers itself with a golden straw yellow. The olfactory profile is mineral, with hints of smoky and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is dynamic and snappy, soft but fresh, with a long savory trail.
