The nose is distinguished by intense aromas of citrus fruits, ripe pear, fine herbs and light hints of brioche, with a characteristic mineral and smoky signature due to the clayey-limestone terroir and aging in barrique. In the mouth it is taut, crystalline, with a silky texture and a lively acidity that supports a long persistence characterized by hints of chalk, heated flint and candied lemon. obtained mainly with Sauvignon Blanc grapes from biodynamic vineyards, this vintage bears the imprint of vinification in wood and spontaneous fermentation, which enrich its structure and aromatic complexity.
