Dom Pérignon Brut 2015 A vintage cuvée that combines almost equal parts of Pinot Noir (51%) and Chardonnay (49%). The aromatic profile is delicate and broad: jasmine, peony, anise and cardamom blend with notes of peach and nectarine. On the palate it shows a medium and structured body, where freshness dialogues with flavor and hints of ripe fruit. The finish is refined, marked by slight touches of vanilla and toasting.
