Emidio Pepe’s Pecorino Colli Aprutini IGT 2021 is a white wine of excellence from Abruzzo that expresses the purity of the native grape variety. In the mouth it is full-bodied and intense, with balanced acidity that gives good acidity and depth, followed by a savory and mineral persistence. Obtained with biodynamic method in small concrete tanks, each numbered bottle represents the artisan excellence of the winery.
