Disgorged in 2021 after a very long rest on the lees, these bubbles offer a rare complexity. The color is a bright gold; Hints of yellow fruit, hazelnut, citrus and the evolved notes of warm bread and honey intertwine on the nose and palate. A tribute to the excellence of the Trentino Classic Method signed by Ferrari.
