After a decade on the lees, the wine shines with a golden straw yellow. The bouquet is a combination of varietal fruit, honey, vanilla, acacia and hay. On the palate it is noble: velvety, rich and very long. The low dosage Extra Brut enhances its purity, giving a finish that tastes of bread crust and mountain tradition.
