Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore Extra Brut 2012 The 2012 vintage gives us a Giulio Ferrari with a very fine perlage and a golden straw color. The nose is a journey between apricot, grapefruit, wildflowers and warmer notes of brioche bread, almond and dandelion honey. In the mouth it is enveloping but very fresh, with a perfect balance that flows into a savory finish, marked by gentian and iodine. An icon capable of evolving beautifully.
