Moscato Rosa Passito 2023 – Franz Haas An oenological pearl of South Tyrol. The Moscato Rosa grapes, dried to concentrate sugars and aromas, ferment in steel (a process interrupted to preserve sweetness) and age briefly in the bottle. Brilliant ruby red to the eye, it inebriates with hints of rose petals, oriental spices and berries. Sweet but never cloying, thanks to a beautiful freshness, it is a meditation wine with a long persistence.
