Giacomo Conterno, Barolo Arione 2020, Magnum 1500 ml

Obtained in the Langhe, Piedmont, this Barolo comes from the Arione cru, located in the southern part of Serralunga d’Alba. The 100% Nebbiolo grapes are grown following the principles of integrated pest management, respecting the environment and biodiversity. After a traditional fermentation with maceration on the skins, the wine matures for 48 months in large oak barrels, acquiring complexity and structure. In the glass, it has an intense garnet red hue. On the nose, it expresses aromas of tobacco, spices and dried fruit. In the mouth, it is powerful and structured, with a tannic texture of good persistence and balsamic hints that enrich the taste profile.
