Gravner’s Ribolla 2010 is complexity in its purest state. Seven months in Georgian amphora and six years in cask create a bright amber wine. Resin, beeswax and candied apricot on the nose. In the mouth it is textured, intense, with defined tannins and a mineral freshness that lengthens the sip to infinity.
