Gravner, Rosso Rujno 2008, Bottle 750 ml

Gravner’s 2008 Rosso Rujno is a meditation rarity. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon fermented in open vats and aged for years (12 of which in the bottle!). Intense ruby, it smells of undergrowth and fruit in alcohol. Full-bodied and structured, it has integrated tannins and a length that tells the story of the producer’s patience.
