Guado al Tasso – Antinori, Bolgheri Rosso Il Bruciato 2022, Bottle 750 ml

The Bolgheri Rosso “Il Bruciato” 2022 is a Tuscan red wine obtained from the Guado al Tasso Estate, owned by the Antinori family, located in Bolgheri, in the Maremma. This wine stands out for its modernity and pleasantness, with an intense ruby red hue. On the nose, it expresses aromas of ripe red fruits, hints of sweet spices and a slight hint of vanilla. In the mouth, it is soft and enveloping, with silky tannins and good acidity, culminating in a harmonious finish with good persistence. The grapes, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, are grown on alluvial soils with the presence of sand and clay, following sustainable agricultural practices. Vinification involves fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging for about 10 months in barriques and a further 4 months in the bottle. “Il Bruciato” is a contemporary interpretation of Bolgheri wines, ideal to accompany a variety of Mediterranean dishes.
