Franciacorta Rosé Brut 2018 – I Barisèi Prestigious vintage from the heart of Franciacorta. 100% Pinot Noir, processed in part with cryomaceration to extract the coral pink color. After almost four years on the lees, it offers a complex nose of cherry, blood orange, currant and evolved notes of beeswax and gentian. The sip is juicy and fruity (pomegranate, pink grapefruit), showing a perfect balance between structure and freshness.
